Mango Lassi Margarita
2 oz Modica Cucumber Aloe Margarita Mix
2 oz saffron and cardamom infused tequila (or N/A infusion)*
1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup frozen mango
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with crushed pistachios and saffron.
*For infused tequila, infuse 4 oz of tequila with a pinch of saffron and 3 crushed cardamom pods overnight. For N/A infusion, pour 4 oz boiling water over the ingredients and steep until completely cooled.
