2 oz Demerara Rum

2 oz Turmeric Ginger Mule Mix

8-10 Mint Leaves

10 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Muddle mint in a highball glass. Build ingredients, except for bitters. Add crushed ice. Swizzle with a straw or swizzle stick. Give a mint sprig a slap to release its aromas, garnish, and then top with a layer of bitters.
