S'mores Espresso Martini
2 oz Modica Cacao Espresso Martini Mix
2 oz toasted marshmallow infused vodka (or NA spirit + 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)*
dark melting chocolate
finely crushed graham crackers
marshmallow fluff or marshmallows
*For marshmallow infused vodka, lightly toast six large marshmallows and add to two cups of vodka. Stir and let sit overnight, then strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Place crushed graham crackers on a plate. Melt chocolate according to instructions and then use chocolate to rim a cocktail glass. Then dip in graham cracker crumbs. Add Modica and infused vodka (or NA spirit) to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into a prepared coupe and top with piped marshmallow fluff or large marshmallows and toast with a kitchen torch.
