Sixty Second Eggnog
Light. Decadent. Seasonal.
1/4 tsp Fresh Grated Nutmeg
1.5 oz bourbon
1 oz full-fat coconut milk (not light!)
1 oz Tart Cherry Old Fashioned Mix
1 whole egg
Pour bourbon into a shaker tin and grate in the nutmeg. Swirl for a quick infusion. Add the remaining ingredients and Dry Shake (without ice) for 30 seconds. Then add ice, shake again, and strain. Garnish with more fresh grated nutmeg.
