Peppermint Bark Espresso Martini

2 oz Modica Cacao Espresso Martini Mix
2 oz vodka (or NA spirit)
.75 oz white chocolate ganache*
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
dark melting chocolate
finely crushed candy canes
whipped cream and peppermint bark (optional)

*White Chocolate Ganache: Add 1/4c white chocolate chips and 1/4c heavy cream to a glass measuring cup or other microwave safe dish. Microwave for 30 seconds, then remove to stir. Continue microwaving and stirring for 15 second intervals until white chocolate is completely melted.

Place crushed candy canes on a plate. Melt chocolate according to instructions and then use chocolate to rim a cocktail glass. Then dip in crushed candy canes. Add first four ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into prepared coupe and top with whipped cream, peppermint bark, and more crushed candy canes.
