2 oz vodka or NA spirit 1/2 scraped vanilla bean (or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract) 1 egg white 1 oz heavy cream
Whisk the vanilla bean with the heavy cream until broken up. Then add remaining ingredients and dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to fluff the egg white, then with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a kitchen torch.
