Chocolate Covered Cherry Espresso Martini

2 oz Modica Cacao Espresso Martini Mix
2 oz vodka or non-alcoholic spirit (or water or milk)
.5 oz cherry liqueur (or syrup from a jar of cherries)
1 oz cream
all natural red food coloring
Lily’s sugar free chocolate
Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1/2 oz water in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds. Pour onto a plate and rim a cocktail glass with it (if you’re feeling extra creative, drip it onto the rim with a spoon for a dripped effect). Add remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into glass and garnish with a chocolate covered cherry on a skewer.
